sworn-in as the new president of
Venezuela however for a brief
period or till the imminent
general election yields result !

Constitution Such Vacancy
Caused At The Topmost Level of
Presidency(as the current one
post chavez’s demise) ought to
be filled by THE SPEAKER OF THE
NATIONAL ASSEMBLY!But,what
happened is quite a subversion
of the constitutional practice just
for the sake of the
COMANDANTE’S(Hugo Chavez)
Wish Of Making The Deputy
President The Interim President !
Nicolas Maduro Was Born In
Rural Venezuela And Had Started
His Livelihood As A Modest Bus
Driver Who Rose To The Rank Of
Trade Union Leader In Early
90s.That paved way for a political
career under socialism And
Nicolas Joined The Venezuelan
Socialist Block And Had
Vigorously Campaigned For The
Release Of Mr. HUGO CHAVEZ who
had been imprisoned after an
attempted coup failed in 1992.

the speaker of the national

Later As The Foreign Minister Of
Venezuela.He Was Selected By
Chavez Himself As The Man To
Succeed When Mr. CHAVEZ went

The Interim Prez. Maduro said he
would uphold the sanctity of the
Venezuelan Constitution And
Would carry the path of socialism
as shown by his former boss
Chavez.He also reiterated he
repose total faith in the now
deceased head of state
Mr.CHAVEZ and Urged People To
Keep Their Allegiance To The
Loyalities Of Chavez!
The Opposition Group Led By
Henrique Capiriles Boycotted The
Swearing-in Ceremony And Had
Described The Move As
Unconstitutional n hence
Fraudulent !
Under the Venezuelan
Constitution Such Emergent
Situation Like This Demands An
Election To Be Held Within
30days !
So,it’s time to wait n see whether
the general election re-affirms
mandate for the Chavez’s
successor !
